Returns and Refund Policy

Having second thoughts? No worries—we’re here to help! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 14 days of the purchase for any jewelry or within 7 days  of purchase for watches, semi mounts and loose stones.*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Only items purchased directly through are eligible for return.  Sales done in person are subject to terms and conditions as outlined on your store receipt.

To start a return, you can contact us at with the information of item you are returning and indicate the reason(s) of return . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Customer will be responsible for all the shipping of returned merchandise.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items, final sale items or gift cards.

Special Orders

What is the return policy on Special Orders?

Any order that is considered a Special Order is not covered by our Return and Refund policy.  Requested changes modify the original item in a way where it permanently augments the shape, look, or metal of the item.

What is a special order?

  1. Any order where a ring needs to be resized at customer request.
  2. Any order where the metal is requested in another color than what is on hand.
  3. Any order where a different stone is requested.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
